We talked to them. We heard the same thing over and over again. “It takes forever to find the right material.” “I have to beg five vendors to send me a sample.” “There’s no single place to search for what I need.” So we started building. At first, it felt like a crazy bet. After all, most people didn’t even realise how painful product and material sourcing had become—because the chaos was so normal. But we knew that if you want to make great design easier, you have to start where it all begins: the material. What we’re building is not just a catalog, and it’s not just a directory. It’s a platform built for the way creative minds actually work. That means: A new way to search by feeling, function, or finish—not SKU codes or brand names. A system that respects your time, taste, and vision—not one that makes you work around it. We’ve always said that the best platforms aren’t just digital—they’re cultural. They change the way things are done. And that’s why we exist. To question why things take weeks when they could take minutes. To put designers and architects first in an industry that’s long made them go last. To bring clarity, joy, and possibility back into the material discovery process. Yes, we’re still early. Yes, it might look small now. But so did many of the tools we can’t imagine working without today. We're here to stretch the boundaries of what sourcing can be.
